I have a custom batch program(8.0.3) within GL system code that has been compiled successfully. It works fine on Lid. But not on portal. Also the .xml file exists. But I am still getting zero matches when I try to launch the program on the portal. I have checked RD30 part and that looks okay. Also the id has full access to this custom program.

I have other custom programs that load but not this one.

So I did xscrgen to create the .xml again, IOSCacheRefresh and still I am getting zero matches.

Any help will be appreciated.

Look at 'pgmdef' - is it "In Production" - How about "Prototyped and 4GL"

Either of these can throw you off.
