Title: Applying Db2 Fixpacks
Description: How do you do it?

Okay so we just had LSF9 installed last month and we've already been told to install fixpacks for TDS and the underlying DB2. Ya, I know, I thought our installer would have applied them for me, especially since one was related to a Critical Notification from Lawson issued in November and the other was a fixpack recommended over a year ago.

So I managed to find some instructions for applying the TDS fixpack. But I have a ticket open with Support to find out how to apply the DB2 fixpack. I've been waiting for about a day for those DB2 instructions. Can anybody help me out? So far all I've done is download a huge .Z file for DB2 FP #14. It may be as simple as untarring the thing but I don't want to screw up our shiny new installation already.

We're on AIX 5.3, if that matters. Thanks in advance for any hints.

Never mind, I found them on the IBM site right next to where the download was.
