Trying to find a method to remove hundreds of identities which I loaded incorrectly to a service.
Hmm, I thought by removing the service that would, in effect, remove the identities connected to that service (the service is named 'test' which is the service loaded with the environment). I tried that in ssoconfig but it spewed back a slew of errors in ssoconfig (and there is no log file to capture the errors.. .yes I do have logging turned on and properly set).
Also thought of removing them directly in the ldap using jxplorer. But that is still one by one. Other than removing the subtree directly...is there any other method of doing this?
THanks in advance,
Tom
Fyi..this is on Tivoli..not MS ADAM.
I think maybe exporting using ldifde then editing to remove the identities, then importing to replace... but does importing *replace* or actually remove entries?
That's exactly how I've done it...
