Hi

We have a scenario where we are needing to keep track of encumbrances and the changes to them. it is my understanding that once an encumbrance is matched it disappears from GLCOMMIT and GLCOMMITX. Has anyone ran into a client/scenario that needed this retained and how was that accomplished. Any insight would be much appreciated.
