To give a user access to bookmarks using LS security, do they simply need a Role that has a Sec Class that has a rule granting access to the Logan PDL? If more is needed, please advise. Thanks for reading.

Generally there is a pre-delivered security class called Portal Access which will give them what they need.

Yes they will need access to the Logan productline. They will futher need the LOBK...tables within Logan.
