Hello......Lawson 's support site is down and I need help quickly, we have several nursing homes that we manage and are owned by the city or county they are in, therefore they have PERA (Public Employee Retirement Association) the PERA pension deduction should not be printed in Box 12 but it is and it shows up with a G. I don't have that box set up on the PR27 I do have it to print in Box 14 and it does. As a matter of fact I don't even see the "G" ooption on my Box 12 parameter screen (screen print attached). Does anyone know what I'm missing? I need to reprint about 500 w2's as quickly as possible so I'm desparate :banghead:

Check your PR05. The deduction code is probably set up with a Tax Status (Taxes tab) that's categorizing it as a 457 plan.

Thank you ~ Thank you ~ Thank you Geri, it was set up as a 457 on the PR05, I turned off and now the box is empty.
