Title: Rd30 Automation In Lsf9

cd_dotdot - February 7, 2008 10:13 PM (GMT)
Hi everyone,
We currently have a BCI process that gets triggered via Pflow so whenever a new Employee is turned active on HR11 or PA52, a RD30 record is added for the user so they can access self service apps.

Has anyone done anything like this type of automation for the 9.0 side? Any ideas how you'd go about doing that in 9.0?

Thanks

C

You would do this with the Resource Update node in PF 9.

The resource node is only available in PFlow Integrator though

As far as automation, PFlow integrator is what is needed, as since the current flavors of PFlow are being decomissioned, you WILL eventually have to go to Integrator. Another method in theory is to script out creating the loadusers xml template with the new users then run the loadusers script.

Have you been able to do this ?

I haven't worked on it yet, but may take a look into it after I complete my LSF9 migration.
