Has anyone ever set up a 409 plan? I don't see much in the KB about them. There is not a 409 type on PR05, so I'm not sure if it should be set up as a benefit plan or not. It almost looks like it's recorded on a 1099 instead of a W2 (article 549990.) Any ideas?
