We have an issue where any search in RSS returns each item twice. Lawson is trying to tell the client that this is because when you add an in item in IC11 and PO13, Lawson auto-creates records in the KWDDETAIL table, so you wind up with two records for each item, and the search feature reads this item.

Has anyone seen this before? It doesn't make sense to me that every search in RSS should return each item twice.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I seem to recall seeing a PT posted for that recently on support site.

We have PT 173423 on the same issue as a priority 2 for LSF w/8.1 apps
