I do not have a period approval tab on my Lawson and I cannot view my employee's time. The summary approval tab appears but not the period approval??? HELP!
Sounds like a "Permission Issue". If you're set up the way we are, it's easy to correct... if you're an administrator. From the Information Services option, click on Bookmark Access, then on Manager, then on Time Entry Approval and finally on Period Approval. At each level, the EVERYBODY group should be set to "Allow".
We "Deny" Entry and Approval access after deadlines so that Payroll can process cleanly.
