For anyone who has implemented Absence Management - we are beginning our setup of LP in our TEST environment. I am doing the very basic setup (classes, codes, reasons, etc.) in PROD so as to avoid duplicate entry.

I'd like to populate the Absence Code on PR20.4 in PROD. Is there any reason NOT to populate this field in PROD -- any impact on current payroll or TA processing? I'm assuming that there is not as long as the LP900 has not been run, but would like to confirm with any of you who have implemented. Thanks!!
