I just wanted to say hello and let you know that I'm new to Lawson but have been working with other HRMS software for 10 years. My organization is preparing to implement an enterprise solution using Lawson so I'll be learning a lot over the next 12-18 months. I stumbled across this website and am very impressed with the knowledge base and the willingness to help with user's problems. Welcome to the family. There are a lot of helpful and knowledgable users who hang out here - and most are more than glad to share. Don't be shy if you have a question. Lawson can appear quite daunntiing, but there's almmost always a way to accomplish what you want to do... and one of us has probably already done it.

Thanks, I checked out your website yesterday and it was very impressive. I look forward to learning a new ERP and trying to figure out how to convert all of our PeopleSoft functions\workflows into something that can be used in Lawson. It should be a real barrel of monkeys....
