I have installed fax integrator 9 on a windows 2003 server and have everything working just fine... Only problem is that 80% of my faxes fail when trying to send to vendors. Reason: Microsoft Fax only supports Class 1 modems (so I am told) and most of my vendors use class 2 (which is better from a resource perspective). Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone use a different faxing solution that has an interface into Lawson. I recently started looking into BisCom, but haven't been able to find out how the integrate yet.

Interested to hear what others are using.. we are looking at 600+ faxes per day.
