I am trying to import open enrollment benefits and a getting the following error messsage when importing dependents.
creation date must be numeric.

In your sample record, is it true that:
The first "20080101" is BNB-EMP-START.
The second "20080101" is BNB-START-DATE.
The "N" is BNB-CREATE-TRANS.
If so, maybe the character in bold red font (below) is causing the error?

I re-run the job with headers on and it appears the field that your asking about is the STOP DATE.

I turned on Headers and all the job's ran correctly.
