Yessir!! You can arrange for beeper support, which is a flat fee for someone to be on hand to answer your call - PLUS additional charges for the time that you actually talk to them. There may be other options available - check with your CAM.

support.lawson.com goes away too - you are paying for support. When you quit paying you quit getting support - and the only way you can get support back is to pay ALL the support payments that you missed. So it you quit paying support and get along fine for, say, 3 years, then suddenly have a problem or want to upgrade, you have to pay all 3 year's support fees at once to get back in the program. This is SOP for any major software package.
