I'm regurgitating this question, so forgive me if I need to provide any additional info - we're in the process of upgrading to LSF9 (apps are staying at 8.1), and are having issues viewing reports in pdf format with SSL enabled. We've tried using a card and an SSL certificate with the same result - we can't read (or save) any output in pdf. No issues without SSL. Has anyone encountered this issue, and can you point me in the right direction (and then I, in turn, can point the right people in the right direction, too)?

I haven't worked with LSF9 yet, but I have worked a little bit with SSL. I don't know Websphere, but I have worked with SSL and IIS. How did you import the cert?

I'll check with the tech wizards and let you know - they just told me at the end of the day yesterday that they were successful on our new production box (not that it does me any good on the test side....) using a certificate, not a card.
