When I upload one time deductions the deductions will not process with the PR140. The deduction stays in the Current process and I have to go and manually add the deduction to the employee record in PR14. I am running a PR205 before importing the deductions but the PR14 isn't updating for the deduction. Any ideas?

Hi Tammy - usually, a one time deduction isn't taken and stays in current status when there's a date conflict - for instance, if, on your upload, you use period ending 9/30/07, but your check datehappens to be 9/28/07, then the one time deductions won't be taken until the next period. PR205, a deduction listing, wouldn't have any impact on one time deductions at all, and I'm not sure what you're expecting to see on PR14?
