New to PF. Can someone tell me if you can add variables to Lawson-delivered services? I want to add a couple variables from REQLINE to the Req Approval service that works with RQ10. I added them on WF05, but only the original ones show up on the work unit. Is this even possible to do, or do I need to do my own custom trigger and service? Thanks!

I haven't used the materials management system but I have been able to add variables to the Job Requisition service in the HR product. I assume if you can add to one service you can add to another. You just need to make sure you have the name correct for ours I added JOB CLASS to the Req. it was JCL-DESCRIPTION. I was then able to use that variable in the process flow for approval. you get the correct name by hitting ctrl+shift+O and see what appears in the lower left corner of the portal. You add them to WF05.2 and make sure you have the size and type correct also. Hope this helps
