How is everyone accomplishing the open enrollment and changes with benefit vendors? I'm understanding that the bn106 does not produce a ready to send file.

I've read that many have hired programmers or written their own programs. We do have an EDI software with our IDX system that we may try to incorporate if possible.

We have regular interfaces setup to communicate with our vendors. Each of these programs are custom 4GL written to specific vendor standards. We use PGP to encrypt the information and transmit the file via FTP and/or email to the individual vendors.
