FULL-TIME Business Systems Analyst with Lawson exp.

Description:
This client needs someone that has both Business Analyst experience along with Lawson Financials. This person will sit and work for IT but be heavily involved with the accounting group and must know the common accounting principles.

Here is what they are looking for in a nutshell

~ 5+ years Business Systems Analyst experience with an understanding of the SDLC development lifecycle or some programming experience in the past.
~ Proficiency with Lawson
~ Some Relational database experience (they use Oracle)
~ Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Pluses:
~ Technical knowledge of JDA based software systems
~ Experience in retail clothing business processes highly preferred
~ SQL highly preferred

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for gathering and assessing new requirements, current issues, and business processes in the following areas: Planning and Allocation, Logistics, HR, Finance and Accounting. The BSA will gather information and present solutions to the business partners that are consistent with technical system architectures and policies. This person will have the ability to design new IT Solutions that improve the business efficiency and productivity through process change and or IT system changes.

Location: Golden Triangle area of San Diego (La Jolla area)
Salary Range: 90-105K
