Title: Windows Dialing Options For Fax Integrator Vs 9.0
Description: Fax Integrator vs 9.0.0.1 Dialing Option

Has anyone configured the windows dialing options for the new fax integrator version 9.0.0.1 to dial a 9 then pause, dial the number (built in PO10) pause, then dial a six digit access code. If so, can you please send me instructions or screen shots? I would be forever grateful! I am having problems getting the setup correct for the pause and then the long distance code...PLEASE TELL ME SOMEONE HAS DONE THIS SETUP!

We are actually starting to have this problem. And from windows documentation, if you don't use the, (nnn)nnn-nnnn format then any rules you setup will be ignored. Right now we are exploring modifying the fax numbers in POVENDLOC to remove any 1- and make sure parens are being used. I'll post wether or not it worked.

Ok, can't edit my post so, just to make a change. The format we are trying is 1(nnn)nnn-nnnn

You actually don't need the "1" or the "+1", per se. If it is left out of the phone number, Windows will assume the call is domestic (US, Canada and a few subsidiaries). The format we went with is: (nnn) nnn-nnnn (with a space after the the close parentheses). It has been bullet-proof for us--even if the transition was a bit painful.
