We're having a problem upgrading to BSI TaxFactory 8 because we're using the Informix 9.4 database and our current Unix environment doesn't support BSI's 64-bit version. All prior versions had the 32-bit option. :banghead:

Is there anybody else in the same predicament? Have you had any success with getting BSI to commit to a 32-bit version or did you have to convert?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am Solaris and they provided both, 64-bit and 32-bit.

We're on AIX 5.2 64bit Oracle 10g release2 and installed the BSI 32bit version with no problem. lawson is a 32 bit app, so should work. We had to modify the libpath variable in lawson.env
