We are planning to install ESP7 (going from ESP5) and just found out that our entire TESTing environment is still on Win 2000. (Our prod servers are all 2003.)WIth BSI7 support dropping, we must move to ESP7 pretty quickly. I understand that W2000 is not supported with ESP7, but we have neither the time nor the resources to rebuild the server and reinstall 8.0.3. I asked Lawson if we would have any problems, but of course all they can say is that it is not supported. Is there anyone else that is using ESP7 with Windows 2000?

We have ESP 7 running on a WIN-2K3 server with the database on an WinSQL-2K3 with clients running Win-2K... It was a very smooth upgrade. Actually one of our easiest ones to date.

I would say that ESP7 has fixed quite a few of the issues we were having ...
