Does anyone have an example of the necessary code to put in a "function OnButtonClick(id, row)" to launch another Design Studio customized form?

I would like to modify the "Locations" button on AP10.1 to launch a custom AP10.2.

Shane, I did this a few months ago.

I typed something like I typed something like "design studio custom form button" and searched the knowledge base and got a very good document.

It said to use the text: <original form token>&_ID=,<custom form ID>.
