Title: Check Printing

DJDUN - August 6, 2007 01:43 PM (GMT)
Just looking for some feedback as to how other people handle their check printing. We do ours in house, but we are not too happy with our 3rd party vendor who supports the printer. Any recommendations?

Thanks!

We use Document Express from MHC Companies to print checks from Lawson. We've been very happy with them and use them for all of our forms printing from Lawson and even other systems.

We also use MHC for Payroll and A/P checks. Format is easily adjusted when items need to be added or removed. Use them for other forms, including W-2's, invoices and purchase orders.

We are using MHC's Document Express. It allows us to print AP, Refund, and Payroll checks along with W2s, and 1099s. Their printing system has a Possitive Pay check tracking system as well.

They also provide printing paper stock. We have not had any issues so far and MHC has an excellent support staff.

Thank you all for your feedback. We are currently using Standard Register, but investigating other options. I'm going to look into MHC as well. Thanks again! B)

We use MHC docxpress as well. Their support is outstanding.

We also use the electronic remittance which sends an e-mail with the check stub attached to the users...saves paper and printing costs.
