I want to address some of these points and accusations that have been made.

1) The WhoIs was not hidden until three days ago, and the reason was that Tan started receiving emails and phone calls from members of the board which he did not appreciate and he decided to hide it.
2) Instead he suggested we add an "about Us" link to the bottom of the page which explains all of the above
3) The user who was banned, whoever it was, was banned for suggesting that Tan was involved in some shady net activity such as owning a credit report site and posting Tan's private information (phone number, address, and ...) on the site multiple times. Who does that? This is why any of his posts without personal information still remain on the site and he was given a chance to return.
4) Phil has never been banned and our staff tried everything they could to get him back online, when you're banned, not only your name, your e-mail and your ip are banned, any pattern that suggests it might be you is also banned, so he would not have been able to log in from anywhere else
5) The About Us section on the site (posted two days ago towards the bottom) explains everything anyone needs to know
6) The reason we only have one admin user is that we don't want to maintain too many user. If a password is compromised we'd have to change all password ... Therefore we have two Admin accounts, one to moderate, and one to recover the other just in case it has been compromised.
7) I'd hate to see some of you leave, but leave for the right reason and know why certain users were banned. Only one user has been banned and its been because of posting very personal info (phone, email, address, personal history) of one of our moderators.
8) Tan is one of the moderators, and unfortunately for him he's the only one who has a direct relationship with the WhoIs record. Given that he's been on a client everyday without internet access he's been moderating at night time. So if you got a reply from him, it was at night time.


We now have 390 or so registered users on the site, every post has been by a registered user, attached to a valid e-mail. Many people have already received valuable help from the site and I hope that continues.
