I have a co-worker trying to register as a new user, but he gets the message "Sorry, you are not permitted to use this board". Looks like we've filled out the registration form properly. :blink:

couple of questions:

1) Was he able to register and now he just can't post or was he not even able to register?
2) What is the username he's using?


It is possible he's trying to use a restricted username or that he's trying to reach the site from a banned IP/IP range.

He wasn't able to register at all. We tried "Beach Guy" and "Beach_Guy" as the user name.

Here is the error message.

Have him send an e-mail to lawsontalk@gmail.com and I can pre-register for him.
Also have him send me his IP address so I can check ...
