I am using an excel upload to feed HR data into Lawson & rec'd a warning similar to this one - Warning-Rate Outside Rng 21.4500 - 29.6700 ;OK To cont

I encountered this when uploading new rates during review time and resolved this by adding an XMIT BLOCK, etc... To the upload file & I was successful.

Fast forward 3 months

When uploading the hr11 info, I rec'd this data edit error.

I tried this workaround again, but it did not work - still getting the same edit

I attached a sample file

I'm no Upload Wizard Wizard :nix:
but I did notice 3 things about the sample file:

There are fields for the employee's Position Level and Position Effective Date, but there is no field for the employee's Position Code.
The XMIT-HR-EMP-BLOCK value is not in Text format (when you click in the cell, there is a ' before the leftmost zero in the value).
The XMIT-HR-EMP-BLOCK value is populated to override 2 edits ("SSN invalid" and "Rate outside of range"), instead of just the "Rate..." edit.
