Getting the fax integrator action can not be completed because the other application is busy error. Lawson Article 949574 mentions a couple Microsoft fixes for this problem. We have searched the Microsoft support site under Windows 2000 but can not find the appropriate MS fixes. Can anybody direct me to the correct MS KB numbers for these fixes?
