We are looking at adding a benefit option that allows our employees to sell back a limited amount of vacation time to offset benefit costs. Next month we will be upgrading from Time Accrual to Absence Management. Does anyone currently use the vacation selling option or something similar?

We do have a PTO buyback option. We have election periods quarterly.
We built a custom employee self service screen that creates the transactions needed to reduce the available pto balance create the hold bucket and the time records needed to pay it out. We have a 90day wait between time of election and payout. you must be active on the payout date to recieve the money.
