We are needing to track FMLA leave and non-FMLA leave and looking for suggestions on how others are doing this.

Good morning, Carol - its my understanding, although we do not have the product, that Absence Management is the way to go when tracking FMLA. Lawson's original product, Time Accrual/Time Management, isn't able to handle the rolling calendar year. Good luck -
