We are attempting to move a custom table, and are following the steps in article 549015, and the dbreorg fails with this error:

Reorganization Restart at File in Phase Delete Old File
File VMMAINTLOC Created.
Unable to move 'D:\LINTE\DB/sec/TEST803' to 'D:\LINTE\DB/sec/=TEST803', manually check dictionary files: No such file or directory.
Reorg Failed

Has anyone else experienced this error, and what did you do to resolve it? We've looked on the KB but found no solutions there.

We resolved the error by killing some processes that were apparently locking the data dictionary. We had thought that "suspend" would remove all processes in a product line, but apparently that does not seem to be occuring. Does anyone have any input on exactly what "suspend" DOES do? I looked in the KB, but they have a very lame definition that really does not specify exactly what it does.
