We're a month from go-live on 9.0 on Windows (moving from 7.2 on iSeries), and suddenly we can't enroll anyone into a 403b (DC) plan with any date other than 01/01/year. Our plans allow enrollments/changes anytime, no entry rules/waiting periods. Can enroll on 01/01 (last year, this year, next year, 2012), but any other date shuts the session down. Other plan types are not affected.
Lawson has written a PT and said it may take up to 3 weeks to resolve, saying they can't/won't make it Priority 1 because the employees can be enrolled , though with an incorrect date. Bad answer. We can't complete BN531 conversion successfully because of this, and so can't finish payroll parallels, paycheck print work, etc.
Anyone seen anything like this? ANY help will be helpful!
Thanks.
Lauren
That's awful, Lauren! I hope you've escalated this situation?? Have you narrowed down what's causing your issue (entry rules, or contributions?)
Hi Stephanie,
It's still a priority 2, but there are 3 developers working on it, and we've been told we should have a fix by week's end. This was working fine 2 months ago, so some patch must've fixed something else and broken this.
They don't seem to get that having someone enrolled with the incorrect date isn't a good thing -- and that anyone hired after 1/1/2007 can't be enrolled at all, because we can't enroll them before they're hired! :banghead:
I'll keep you posted. Was just happy to see that someone replied!

Someone else reported the same problem last week, CPT 50391 is available and has fixed this problem. Hope it didn't create others.
