We are using Fax Integrator 8.0.353 and WinFax Pro 10.03 and keep having problems.
First, several times daily when the fax is sent from Fax Int to WinFax, it will pop up with a cover page screen and wait for user intervention. We have a cover page pre-defined and it works most of the time. There does not seem to be any pattern to when the window pops up. If we close the window and restart Fax Integrator, that same fax will process properly.
Second, we have several faxes daily that will "hang" in the WinFax Outbox and never complete the transaction. It should either successfully send, or retry 3 times and fail. It does neither, just sits in the Outbox with an hourglass.
Has anyone else encountered either of these problems?

I experienced the same issue and it is very frustrating. Save yourself the headache and back out WinFax 10.03 and reinstall 10.00. That's what I finally did after fighting WinFax 10.03 for over a month. I reinstalled 10.00 last week and have not experienced any issues at all!!!
