I am looking for someone that has 3PSP entered into Lawson, uses ADP Tax Filing Service, the 3PSP vendor withholds FICA taxes and provides the W-2's to the employee and your company is responsible for filing the employer portion of FICA. I would specifically like to know about the entry into Lawson and what is included in the interface file to ADP.

Hi Denise - I probably won't be much help since it's been too long since I've worked with ADP and their 3psp program - however, it USED to be that if the provider produced W2s for the employee, nothing would be entered into Lawson. I used to be billed for the employer portion of the FICA because ADP did actually pay the money with their filing, but it didn't go on my company's tax returns. It was always when I had to produce the W2 that included 3psp that the PR82 entry needed to be made on the Lawson side.
