I'm trying to run the LP570 to upload our PTO balances for our implementation. I get this vague error:

Unable To Open File With Mode "r"

KB articles state this could be a variety of things. I have the file name in uppercase, I have RW access, etc. I've pointed jobdef to where I stored this file (same place I put the other conversion files which worked fine).

I'm baffled and in a desperate situation as the LIS/Help Desk is taking their time guessing what this could possible be.

Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

KB article 549059 (LP570: Changing CSV File Names in Jobdef) notes an interesting feature. For LP570, the jobdef filename default (TTRERR) is for the error output file. So you have to change the File Name to TTRLOADCSV before you define the path.

Also, just a heads up on something that we ran into... We had an issue loading the LP570 with the system generated balance file because of the dates. We set the jobdef date format to match that of the file, but I ended up exporting the system generated file into excel and changing the date format to CCYYMMDD, and then changing the date format in jobdef to match. - Just in case you run into a date issue.
