What is the deal here! The Pay Rate and Base Rate (same #) is showing up $0.00 whenever I write a report out of PAEMPPOS for this particular employee....

Why? Is there some kind of update job I am missing???

Also - I can not use the Pay Rate from Employee either - but more concerned on PAEMPPOS -

We have found some bug(maybe some misunderstood functionality from lawson) regarding PAEMPPOS. Most of the time you get the pay rate from PAEMPPOS however, when an employee is terminated (maintenance is immediate) the pay rate in EMPLOYEE and PAEMPPOS can be unpredictable(some zeroes) until PA100 is ran. If the maintenance is not immediate then there is no worry This is worrisome specially during printing of pay check. To circumvent this problem, we test the employee if terminated then use PRRATEHIST (most current) to get the pay rate. But still I cannot guarantee that PRRATEHIST is accurate either. So far we have not encountered any problem.
